This company is terrible...they do their work at 2 in the morning and absolutely no consideration of the surrounding neighbors. When called to complain about the noise (which was in the middle of the week), the man who answered the phone was extremely rude and told me that it was not his problem and that they did their work when restaurants closed only...so I should "just deal with it"...really???? Is that how you handle people who call with concerns? How about a good old fashion "sorry ma'am we will try our best to keep it down, please be patient with us we have to work odd hours" or perhaps a time frame of when the work would be completed...but no...instead basically it was a screw you..I don't know but they were pretty obnoxious not really a good move when so many companies are going under in a bad economy!
Pros: They helped me get really dark circles under my eyes and no sleep before work...so I guess they really aided the coffee shop down the street that I had to hit up on my commute!
Cons: Well besides their attitude, poor customer service...or really just people skills at all..I guess they are great! Good luck using their service!
